We finished fourth place at the Olympic Test Event in Marseille - merely two points off the podium! This regatta was a dress rehearsal for the Games exactly one year in advance, at the Olympic venue, on the Olympic racecourses. Throughout the week, we saw the full range of conditions, which allowed us to evaluate our speed and skills against the best of the international fleet.

Fifth Place 2022 World Championship

We are proud to report our fifth-place finish at the 49erFX World Championship earlier this month. The six-day, 17-race regatta had a variety of conditions from windy & choppy, shifty & light offshore, and steady sea breeze.

We started the week off with three double-digit scores, ultimately putting us in 22nd overall after the first day of racing -- definitely not how we expected to open up the World Championship!

Silver Medals at Semaine Olympique Française 2022!

After six days and 16 races, we finished fifth in the medal race and stood in second place on the podium! The 38-boat fleet sailed in a wide range of conditions - a nice change from Palma's week of gnar. Having finished only one race outside of the top ten throughout the 15-race series, we entered the medal race in third place overall. We sat two points behind the Swedes, and seven points in front of the Norwegians.

Regatta Recap - Princess Sofia Trophy

After 13 races over five gnarly and wavy sailing days, we ended the regatta in ninth overall out of a 54-boat fleet. We went into this regatta without a specific performance expectation, so we are very pleased to walk away in the top ten. We also rallied after some unforced errors, including two UFD penalties (for being over the starting line early) and one capsize in the second race. Full Results | Tracking

Full Send from Miami to Palma

We just wrapped up five weeks of training in beautiful Miami, which offered up its usual epic conditions! Our Argentian friends joined us for two weeks to tune-up before we headed overseas. After a recent surgery, Maggie has now passed three months post-op and is crushing recovery.
